Job Description

o Promotes and informs employees about all training programs.
o Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of guest satisfaction and can demonstrate guest satisfaction skills.
o Monitors enrollment and attendance at training classes.
o Ensures all training and development activities (department specific and general property training) are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
o Develops specific training to improve service performance.
o Drives brand values and philosophy in all training and development activities.
o Manages budget in alignment with Human Resources and property financial goals.

Skills and Knowledge Requirements :
A Learning & Development Manager serving Pattana brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members.
To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

o Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and technique.
o Excellent communication and presentation skills both English and Thai language.
o Previous experience in human resources, learning & development as management or leader level in a hotel business at least 3 years.
o Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
o Proficiency with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
o Tertiary qualifications, or other collegiate-level degree, in Training or Human Resources.

A Learning & Development Manager will act as a change catalyst for cultural and organizational transformation through the development of function excellence among Team Members. As a Learning & Development Manager, you serve to helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization’s mission and vision.
