Job Description

– Maintain full knowledge of all beverage lists, promotions, prices, and preparation methods
– Train staff on proper service techniques, wine list information, and upselling
– Develop creative promotional activities to increase sales, such as drink specials, happy hours, and themed events.
– Ensure that all food, beverages are prepared and served in a timely, efficient, and consistent manner.
– Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
– Perform opening and closing duties, such as stocking supplies, setting up bar, and cleaning equipment
– Prepare financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets


– Male / Female age 30-45 years old.
– Good command in English and computer literacy.
– 3-5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage and restaurant
– Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded
