Job Description

– Prepares and administers the document in and out including approved budget, administration, logistics, transportation and support of Pattana FC and football related events.
– Order monthly food menu for Pattana FC players.
– Arranging transportation, accommodation, food, allowance memo for home and away games of Pattana Football Club.
– Prepare function sheet for all Pattana FC matches and meetings.
– Prepares and administers Pattana FC document in and out for MD to approval.
– Support the planning & execution of football events and camps simultaneously.
– Help supervisors to monitor the expenses of the department.
– Help supervisors to monitor the expenses of Pattana Football Club and football related events.
? Assist with the inventory control for Pattana FC.
? Responsible for taking minutes of Pattana FC meetings, typing and distribution.
? To comply with the grooming and uniform standards as per employee handbook / policy and procedure.
? Ensure all requests for PFC Villa maintenance are carried out within an acceptable time frame.

Qualification

– English proficiency.
– Ability to use the computer such as MS World, Excel, Power point.
– Flexible to work.
– At least 2 years of experience in administrative work for special consideration.
– Have good interpersonal skills and service mind.
